At Clutch Theory, every collection is produced with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are made in limited quantities, which allows us to maintain the quality and exclusivity of each release.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Clutch Theory are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference changes after delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If we determine that the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item (if available), or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed promptly to ensure fast fulfillment.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order is submitted.

Shipping Information

Clutch Theory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
